Macaulay Tree House
Macaulay Tree House is a non-profit organization that is licensed by the Ministry of Education. The Day Nursery has been providing quality child care in our community since 1990.
Macaulay Tree House views children as competent and capable of complex thinking, curious individuals who are rich in potential. We are committed to providing children with a positive learning environment and experiences in which each child’s learning and development will be supported. We provide diversity of experience so that each child can feel both comfortable and challenged throughout the day.

Child Care3 Months - 4 Years
Macaulay Tree House Day Nursery is
committed to providing children under its
care with a safe, stimulating environment
that incorporates the basic areas of
preschool education, including cognitive,
social emotional, self-help, communication
and motor curriculum.
School Age Programs4 - 12 years
Macaulay Tree House also offers before and
after school programs at Monck Public
School, Muskoka Falls Public School, and Macaulay Public School.
Summer Camp!4 - 8 years
Macaulay Tree House School Age Program
offers a Summer Camp for children ages
4-8 from July to August! We pack our
summer months full of educational field trips,
beach days, arts and crafts, games, sports
and making new friends!
Our Staff
Each of our daycare classrooms are staffed by qualified Early Childhood Educators. Assistant Teachers in each classroom work in co-operation with the
lead teacher to provide quality programming in all areas of the Early Childhood Curriculum.
Each Before & After School Program, as well as Full Day Programs, are staffed by a Program Provider (either ECE or approved designate), a Program
Assistant, and where necessary, a Child Care Program Assistant (for children with special/high needs).
